Blog post 10

 It has been WAY too long since my last blog post! But UGC has been GREAT! I have been having a really good amount of UGC work. In November I had LOTS of videos and lets just say over the whole month, I made 4 digits! December have been not as busy so far but I am still getting a really great amount of work. Recently I have been getting back into my UGC game and it has been really fun! 

  I have discovered that there are also a lot of work in the mobile app industry for content creation. So as much as I love beauty and skincare, I will be leaning into mobile apps as well. Currently I am on a TikTok account with around 800 followers. I will be using this account purely for UGC and running ads. In the new year I'll be starting a new account only for beauty (skincare, self-care, etc.). I am SO excited to start this new account. I'm going to be making this account and posting on it. I will of course still be doing lots of UGC but I'm going to create and try to grow this account just for fun! 

  One thing I love about UGC is the people and connections you will make while doing it. I have met so many AMAZING people through UGC including...the creator of the fidget spinner! Yes, that right, the creator of the FIDGET SPINNER. I had a call with him and he is such an inspiration. I hope to be just like him one day!

  In terms of time management I am doing ALOT better! I have started journaling and creating to-do lists every night before I go to sleep and it has definitely helped me. I think with time management all you need to do is find the correct method for yourself. You're going to hear so many suggestions but it is always what YOU think and feel that is most important. 

  A couple of weeks ago I bought myself a new phone with the money I have earned from UGC! I am so proud of it! The holidays are also coming up (YAYYY!!!) and I'm going to be getting lots of gifts with my own money too! There is really just an amazing accomplished feeling you get from buying things with your own hard earned money.

  I am feeling better and better everyday as myself. I will strive to constantly become the best version of myself. Whether that is in school, work or personal life. If you try your best everyday, everyday will only get better!

Week 4 (Special: Time Management!)

Welcome back to another UGC blog post! This week's blog is about time management- a very very important skill to master! As a UGC creator (or any other type of freelancer) it's hard to keep track of time since we don't have a set schedule. This can easily lead to a unhealthy work-to-life balance. So today, I will be talking about my experience with time management and tips on how to achieve a healthy work schedule!   I'm going to keep it real with you guys- I not the best at time management! Week 3 (Speacial: What is UGC?)

Welcome! If you don't know already, my name is Julia and I'm a teenage UGC Creator. Before we get started I must tell you, this week's blog is a very special one!
